Margaret J. Hollender, age 67 of Alliance, passed away on Dec. 15, 2006.
Margaret was born in Massillon, Ohio on Oct. 11, 1939 to Herman and Betty (Slutz) Pyle.
She married Roger A. Hollender on Sept. 26, 1959. They were married 47 years and had 6 children.
She was a member of the Alliance Church of Christ. She was employed at Comfort Inn of Alliance, working in hospitality.
She is survived by her husband, Roger A. Hollender, daughter, Valerie (Trace) Howell of Kent, sons, Stephen (Jody) Hollender of Ocala, Fla., Roger (Paula) Hollender II of Deerfield, Kenneth Hollender of Alliance, Floyd (Kerry) Hollender II of Ravenna, and Victor (Lori) Hollender of Ingram, Texas; grandchildren, Sharon, Terrence, Janet, Lee, Roger III, Eric, Parker, Angel, Whitney, Simone, and Megan; great-granddaughter, Destiny Delp; and sisters, Ila Lamb of Canton, Mary DeWitt of Tucson, Az., and Fay Augustine of Little Elm, Tx.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers, William Pyle and Herman Pyle Jr., and sister, Judy Haessly.
Margaret will be sadly missed by her family and many friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Lowe officiating. Family and friends may call on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. She will be laid to rest at Deerfield Cemetery in Deerfield.
