Margaret L. Barker, age 77 of Alliance, died at 8:10 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2006 at Aultman Hospital.
She was born October 21, 1928 in Sebring, Ohio to George and Ruth (Goon) Rouse. Mrs. Barker attended Sebring and Alliance schools and was employed by the former Royal China in Sebring. She enjoyed her family, taking care of her home and also playing bingo.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara (Giovanni) Bagnoli of North Canton, Ohio and Kathy (Raymond) Pfaff of Alliance; two sons, Arlie Barker III and Thomas Barker, both of Alliance; seven grandchildren, Nicola, Matthew, Kristen, Michael, Sean, Andrew and Nathan; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Helen (Chuck) Jennertte of Carrollton, Ohio, Evelyn Williams of Alliance, and Ruth Barker of Crestline, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Arlie Barker Jr. and who died June 24th, 1999, one son, one brother and one sister.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Father Donald Feicht officiating. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Thursday. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park. Memorial Contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
