Martha Jane Noling, age 82, of Alliance, passed away at 9:10 a.m. Friday, March 11, 2011, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born April 17, 1928 in Alliance, Ohio to Frances Levet Hinamen and retired from Mt. Union College after 25 years of service.
Martha enjoyed spending all her free time with her family and friends, and watching her grandchildren play sports. She also dearly loved her special cats and dogs.
Survivors include one son, Robert L. Noling; two daughters, Patty (James) McNemar and Bonnie Noling Reitz; sisters, Betty L. Noling Mikes and Gladys Stanfield; brother, Gary Noling; grandchildren, Michael J. McNemar, Michael S. Reitz Jr., Melissa (Jim) Dyke, Robin Reitz, and Ryan Noling; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Jaden and Kennadi McNemar, Makenna and Talan Carman, and Dylan and Hannah Dyke and longtime family friend, Michael Reitz Sr.
Preceding her in death were parents, son, Terry Ray Noling, sister, Juanita Ganslein; and her dear husband of more than forty years, Raymond Noling Jr., who passed away Nov. 18, 1984.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Alliance First Friends Church with Pastor Rick Sams officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
