Mary Lou (Zamagias) Fuchs

Mary Lou (Zamagias) Fuchs, age 76, of Alliance, passed away at 5:30 a.m., Thursday, April 7, 2016, at Bel-Air Care Center.
She was born April 18, 1939 in Johnstown, PA, to Michael and Lottie (Andrews) Zamagias.
Mary Lou was a graduate of Alliance High School. She was a wonderful painter and loved to crochet. Lou had a great love of animals and was a friend to many.
Survivors include her sister, Barbara Monea of Alliance; brother, Stephen (Norma) Zamagias of Canton; many nieces, nephews and cousins of Alliance and Johnstown, Pa.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Brenda Ann Difluore, brother, George Zamagias and nephew, Gary Underwood.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at Bel-Air Care Center and Harbor Light Hospice for their exceptional care of Mary Lou and her family.
Services will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday, April 11, 2016 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
