Mary (Dugan) Hoy, age 63, of Alliance passed away on May 31, 2021.
She was born on January 7, 1958 in Alliance to Eugene and Eileen (Frank) Dugan.
Mary graduated from Alliance High School in 1976. She worked as a waitress, glass-etching, doing laundry at the hospital and she also worked for American Steel Foundry. Mary attended St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. She shared the gift of life with many people in need through organ donation.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Kevin Dugan; daughter-in-law, DeAnna Dugan; grandchildren, Taylor and Ashton Leasure, Austin Pinter, Breezelynn Kelly, Mason Dugan and Dallis Ford; and siblings, Jim and Vicky (White) Mike, Patrick Dugan, Frances (Dugan) Hamby, Calvin and Catherine (Dugan) Smith; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Donald Hoy, whom she married on November 24, 2004 and who passed on June 13, 2016; two brothers, Gerald and Joseph; step-father, Frank Caruso; nephews Jacob and Charles “Chucky”; several aunts and uncles; brother-in-law, Fred Hamby; grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Alton Dugan and Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Frank.
A visitation will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Monday, June 7th from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with a service to follow at 7:00 p.m. The Very Rev. Cannon Matthew Mankowski, D. Min will officiate.
