Mary Louise (Barker) Pelamati age 67 was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday November 25 from complications during surgery.
Born in Ironton Ohio, July 29, 1936 to Milford and Ina (Hamm) Barker. She was presently living in Alliance, Ohio.
A graduate of Alliance High School, Mrs. Pelamati worked as a housekeeper at Mount Union College. She was a member of the Church of Christ in Sebring, VFW Post 166 Auxiliary, and Dante Club.
She is survived by her two daughters Denise Haley of Brentwood Tenn. and Reina Harvey of Lordstown, Ohio, and two sons Anthony Pelamati of Mount Juliet, Tenn., and Christopher Pelamati of Beloit, Ohio. She is also survived by four sisters Goldie Ball of New Carlisle, Ohio, Dorothy Elkins of Morristown, Tenn., Donna Jean (DJ) Barker of Alliance, Ohio, and Debbie Sammons of New Carlisle, Ohio, four brothers Clarence Barker of Huber Heights, Ohio, Robert Carl Barker of New Madison, Ohio, Gary Barker of Mentor, Ohio, and Rick Barker of New Carlisle, Ohio; eight grandchildren, Jason Beadnell, Matthew Beadnell, Jennifer Harvey, Aaron Harvey, Jerrid Pelamati, Timothy Pelamati, Jesse Pelamati, and Kerrigan Pelamati.
Mrs. Pelamati was preceded in death by her parents, brother Kenneth Barker and brother Larry Barker, and sister Susan Elizabeth Barker.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday November 29 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Vernon Russell of Pine Lake Christian Church officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the funeral service. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
