Michael William Harold

Michael William Harold, age 63, formally of Alliance, Ohio passed away September 3, 2021 at his home in Canton, Ohio.

He was born in Alliance, Ohio August 8, 1958 to the late Joseph and Miriam Harold.

Michael was a graduate of Alliance High School from the class of 1976.

After high school Michel moved to Columbus, Ohio to complete his college degree from “THE Ohio State University” where he graduated in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Major in Marketing.

Michael was employed as an Account Executive with a Food Brokerage for over 30 years, representing candy and snack food manufacturers to buyers at various headquarter accounts.

Also Michael was sole caregiver to his mother Miriam and sister Karen during their extended illness.

He enjoyed attending Ohio State football games as well as vacationing at Clearwater Beach, Florida.

Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Miriam Marie Harold, father, Joseph Paul Harold, and sister, Karen (Harold) Nash.

A service will be held Saturday, September 25th at 11 a.m. in the chapel at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Alliance, Ohio, with Fr. David Weikart officiating.

Per Michael’s wishes, a memorial mass will be conducted at a later date.
