Michael Roy Prickett, age 62, formerly of Alliance, passed away January 1, 2015, in Columbus, Ohio.
He was born January 14, 1952, in Alliance, Ohio, to Kenneth and Clara (Leech) Prickett Sr. and was a lifelong area resident.
A 1970 graduate of Marlington High School, Michael was formerly employed at Advanced Poly Packaging, and was a United States Air Force Veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce (Ray) Prickett, whom he married in 1970; daughter, Mindy Sinclair of Bellevue, MI; son, Michael Scott of Akron, OH; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and siblings, Kenneth Prickett Jr., of Salem, Shirley Prickett of Alliance, Nancy Prickett of Alliance, Larry Prickett of Ohio, and Barbara Moore of Alliance.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, January 9, 2015, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Rev. Timothy Muse officiating.
