Mildred Ann "Millie" (Crabtree) Epperly, age 65 of Salem, passed away at Essex III of Salem on Friday, January 12, 2018.
She was born August 7, 1952, in Alliance, Ohio, to Glen T. and Wanda (Russell) Crabtree.
In 1994, Millie received her high school diploma from the Port Charlotte Educational Center.
Millie worked as a nursing assistant when she was younger, and most recently worked at Wedgewood Pizza Shop in Salem, Ohio.
Family was most important to Millie, and she will be loved and missed by her family, including sons, Clayton Jr. (Lisa) Epperly of Albert City, IA and Leslie G. (Trish) Epperly of Orion, IL; daughters, Susan Lynn (Tom) Piner of Jamestown, Tenn. and Stacy Lynn Epperly of Salem; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; her mother, Wanda Crabtree of Salem; brothers, Richard (Phyllis) Crabtree Sr., of Canton, Donald (Mary) Crabtree Sr., of Springfield, and Kevin (Norma) Crabtree of Bellingham, WA; sisters, Linda Crabtree of Cleveland, Betty Crabtree of Salem, and Sally (Thomas) Bennett of Sebring; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father; her husband, Clayton Gordon "Buddy" Epperly, whom she married May 9, 1981, and who died April 9, 2012; daughter, Sheri Lynn Fuller; and a great-grandson.
Private family services will be held.
