Nancy A. Sandifer

Nancy A. Sandifer, age 82, of Sebring, passed away November 10, 2022 at Aultman Alliance Community Hospital.

She was born October 29, 1940 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Harold W. Hilsmier and Olga M. (Schnaepel) Hilsmier.

A graduate of Fort Wayne Southside High School, Nancy attended Perdue University and had worked as a Bank Teller. She was a member of Alpha Xi Delta and P.E.O.

Nancy was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and previous church pianist. She enjoyed knitting, playing cards and being on the prayer shawl committee at church.

Nancy will be loved and missed by her family, including her husband, Jerry B. Sandifer, sons, Gary L. Sandifer and Stuart E. (Dayanna) Sandifer, grandson,  Andrew Sandifer; and two sisters, Joyce Bodine and Gaylene (John) Worth.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two sons, Brian and Alan Sandifer.

A private graveside service will be held at Moultrie Chapel Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be to the prayer shawl committee at Christ United Methodist Church, 470 E. Broadway, Alliance OH 44601.
