Nancy Joann (Dickson) Smith

Nancy Joann (Dickson) Smith, age 57, of Alliance, died at 4:20 a.m., Thursday, March 28, 2013, at Alliance Community Hospital.
She was born October 19, 1955, in Alliance to James and Hazel (Heaton) Dickson.
A graduate of West Branch High School, Nancy worked at Little Tikes and Copeland Oaks. She was of the Mormon faith.
Nancy loved dogs and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her mother, Mona Floor of Sebring; daughters, Mona Jo (Jeffrey) Davis of Sebring and LaDonne (James) Dilley of Alliance; son, Donald Lee (Amanda) Payton, Jr., of Alliance; grandchildren, Trevor Payton, Rosslin Davis, Nazareth, Johnnie and Ashton Heestand, Marlee, Carrie, Cooper, and Delila Payton; sisters, Mary Rhodes and Sharon Lewis; brothers, Kenny, Chuck (Mary), Roger and Richard Dickson; and James Floor; sisters-in-law, Charlotte Dickson and Linda Dickson, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her biological parents, father, Ross Floor; sister, Joyce; brothers, Bob, John, Louis and Jimmy Dickson.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 13, 2013, at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints for friends and family.
