Naomi J. Sanor age 73, of Salem, passed away at 9:35 p.m., Wednesday, September 24, 2014, at Auburn Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation.
She was born March 30, 1941, in Homeworth, Ohio, to Warren L. and Gertrude E. (Yennie) Sanor and was a lifelong area resident.
Naomi was a graduate of the former Goshen High School and the Riggs-Lamar-Sayer Beauty School in Akron.
She was a member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in North Georgetown.
Survivors include her sister, Suzanne (John) Berger of Homeworth; brother, William A. (Patty) Sanor of Sebring; sister-in-law, Judy Sanor of North Canton; and nine nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Warren "Sonny" Sanor, Jr.; and niece, Beth Sanor Hallett.
Private graveside services will be held at North Georgetown Cemetery with Pastor Jo Dietz of Emmanuel Lutheran Church of North Georgetown officiating. Interment will follow.
