Norma Mae "Nikki" Harbaugh, age 66, of Sebring, passed away after a long hard battle with Multiple Sclerosis, at 8:12 a.m. Tuesday, March 23, 2010, at Alliance Community Hospital
She was born June 14, 1943, in North Hills, Pa., to Alvin and Laura (Walters) Smith.
She was an avid shopper, especially of clothing, and liked watching television. She was a loving mother, wife, and sister and will be greatly missed.
Survivors include her sons, Richard Harbaugh (fianc?, Holly Jones) and Timothy Harbaugh, both of Louisville; daughter, Laura Inscoe of Minerva; grandsons, Jeffrey, Zach and Jacob Harbaugh and Bryan Inscoe; granddaughter, Kimberly Inscoe; daughter-in-law Corie Harbaugh; son-in-law, Bryan Inscoe; brother, Chuck (Patti) Smith of Creighton, Pennsylvania; and sister, Sharon (Jay) Shanower of Minerva.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, James R. Harbaugh, whom she married March 9, 1963, and who died March 24, 2003; and son, Jeffrey.
There will be no funeral or calling hours instead the family will hold a private memorial service this week.
Nikki's family would like to thank all of the wonderful friends that supported them during this most difficult time. Also, they would like to thank all of the very caring and wonderful nurses that provided her with comfort care during her last days at the hospital.
