Patricia A. "Patty" Fox, age 64, of Homeworth, died at 12:45 a.m. Thursday, March 10, 2011 at Community Care Center.
She was born September 30, 1946, in Alliance to Glenn "Dusty" and Rose Lee (Bara) Rhoads.
Patty was a graduate of Alliance High School. She was office manager for Dr. Lucas and Dr. Hudzik and a medical assistant for various surgeons.
She served with the Girl Scouts for 13 years; acting as cookie chairman, calendar chairman and district chairman.
Patty was a member, assistant treasurer and on the financial board for Community Bible Church. She also taught preschool at Union Avenue United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Kenneth P. Fox of Homeworth, whom she married May 8, 1965; daughter, Meredith Krahling of Sebring; one brother, Jim (Wendy) Rhoads of Jacksonville, Fla.; grandchild, Hayley Krahling; and two nieces and a nephew.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and two daughters, Melissa Sue and Dinette Lynn.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Rod Doran officiating. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
