Paul Howard Cope

Paul Howard Cope, age 66, of Alliance passed away at 3:05 p.m., Wednesday, February 19, 2014, at Alliance Community Hospital.
He was born June 15, 1947, in Alliance, Ohio, to Paul R. and Shirley (Palmer) Cope.
Howard attended Marlington and West Branch High Schools, was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and formerly employed at A-I Answering Service.
He was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his father, Paul R. Cope of Sebring; children, Angie (Allyn) Flake of CA, Josh Cope, Tami Richardson, Tonya (Mike) Sweeney, all of WA and Teresa (Duilio) McGovern of FL; many grand and great-grandchildren; and sisters, Cindy (Andy) Magda of Alliance and Marsha Miller of Mt. Gilead.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Cope in 2010; and his mother in 2011.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, March 7, 2014 at Christ United Methodist Church. Interment will be at Ohio Western Reserve Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio.
