Paul E. Fisher, age 77, of Beloit, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at the Cleveland Clinic.
He was born May 26, 1937, in Alliance, Ohio, to Doris Mead.
Paul was employed as a truck driver for 30 years with Alliance Builders Supply and was a member of the teamsters union.
He was a member of the Middle Sandy United Presbyterian Church. He was a handyman and loved camping, traveling and eating out.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Corrine (Kriner) Fisher whom he married September 22, 1963; sons, Timothy (Inga) Fisher of Springboro, Ohio and Gerald Fisher of Alliance; five grandchildren Brandon, Payton, Bryce, Madeline and Jocelyn; sister, Vivian Glenn of Louisville; and several nieces and nephews that he treasured.
He was preceded in death by his mother and several brothers and sisters.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 21, 2015, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Rev. Tracy Edwards and Pastor Tom Sawyer co-officiating. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday. Interment will be at Fairmount Memorial Park.
