Paul Eugene Potts

Paul Eugene Potts age 92, of Sebring, formerly of Alliance, passed away at 9 a.m., Thursday, May 7, 2015, at Crandall Medical Center.
He was born March 31, 1923, in Salineville, Ohio, to Harry W. and Ada (Dennis) Potts.
Paul was employed as a draftsman at Alliance Machine Company for twenty three years until his retirement in 1986. He enjoyed fishing and playing the organ.
He was a veteran of the United States Army during World War II having been stationed in China, Burma and India.
Survivors include his children, Robert (Jeffra) Potts of N. Canton, Richard (Linda) Potts of Homeworth and Gary (Susan) Potts of Alliance; four grandchildren, Brian (Jamie) Potts, Jennifer (Jason) Madison, Kristina (Jason) Monnette and Jeffery Potts; and four great-grandchildren.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Helen L. (Lutz) Potts whom he married June 23, 1946 and who died, March 25, 2012; three brothers, William, Harry C. and Dean and an infant brother.
Per Paul's request, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, Septermber 9, 2015 in the Garden of Benediction at Highland Memorial Park. Military Honors Services will follow. Interment will be held at Highland Memorial Park.
