Peggy S. Pauley, age 46, of Rootstown, died at 5 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2012, at Akron City Hospital.
She was born August 25, 1966, in Detroit, Michigan, to Eugene and Florence (McNeal) Hively.
Peggy graduated from Marlington High School, and attended National College on the Stow Campus. She was a member of the Ravenna Church of Christ where she taught and worked with the youth. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Robert "Bob" Pauley, Jr. whom she married July 22, 1989; son, Robert Pauley, III of Rootstown; parents, Eugene and Florence Hively of Alliance; brothers, Eugene (Debra) Hively, II of Alliance and Edward (Tammy) Hively of Tallmadge. Peggy is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Darla Kay Yoder.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 25, 2012, at Ravenna Church of Christ, with Elder Terry Smith officiating. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service Thursday at the church. Interment will be at Homeland Cemetery in Rootstown.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ravenna Church of Christ for Youth Camping, 3897 Summit Road, Ravenna, OH 44266.
