Phillip E. Johnson

Phillip E. Johnson, age 34, of Alliance, passed away at 2:14 a.m. Saturday May 23, 2015 at Alliance Community Hospital.
He was born February 9, 1981 in Decatur, Indiana to James E. "Ed" and Nanette "Nan" (Hakes) Johnson.
A 1999 graduate of Marlington High School, Phillip was employed as a Sales Representative at Sprint by Universal Wireless.
He was a member of Lexington Township Fire Department Auxiliary and enjoyed traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his parents Ed and Nan Johnson of Alliance; paternal grandmother, Marilyn Johnson of Decatur IN; twin brother Brandon H. (Marshall) Johnson, brother Aaron R. (Kayla) Johnson, and niece Emerson Kate Johnson, all of Alliance.
He was preceded in death by his son Zachery Edward Johnson, maternal grandparents, Harrison J. and Grace E. Hakes, and paternal grandfather, James R. Johnson.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday May 28, 2015 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Caldwell officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m., Wednesday.
