Phyllis (Tennis) Biggs

Phyllis (Tennis) Biggs, age 86, of Alliance, passed away at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at her home.

She was born March 13, 1934 in Alliance, Ohio to William R. and Beatrice W. (Baker) Tennis.

Survivors include her sons, Donald Stanley and Brent (Ami) Biggs; daughters, Kathy Devies, Lorraine (Robert) Franks, Sara (Terry) Dennis, and April (Larry) Kraft; special niece, Jan Ossler; fifteen grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; sister, Midge (Mike) Newman; and brothers, Bruce (Helen) Tennis, and Leonard Tennis.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Louis Biggs, who she married in December, 1974, and who died May 21, 2019, her brother, Paul Tennis; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, January 11th at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with the Rev. Timothy Muse officiating. Friends may call two hours prior to the service.

Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
