Ralph Ruth

Ralph T. Ruth age 65 of Alliance died at 4:45 a.m. Wednesday October 15, 2003 at Alliance Community Hospital.
He was born in Strattanville, Pennsylvania on July 9, 1938 to Harry and Alice (McGrainer) Ruth, and lived most of his life in Alliance.
Mr. Ruth graduated from Sebring High School, served in the U.S. Navy for eight years, and worked as a sales clerk at Big Lots of Alliance.
He was a member of the VFW of Dover, Ohio, Loyal Order of Moose #362 of Alliance, and enjoyed camping and the outdoors.
Survivors include one brother Ted (Judith) Ruth of Alliance, one sister Nancy Lider of Alliance, several nieces and nephews and friend Avery Leggett of Alliance.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Patricia (Ryan) Ruth, who died September 14, 1974, one brother Harry F. Ruth, and one sister Florence McPherson.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday October 21, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. at Quaker Hill Cemetery, with Pastor James White of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Sebring officiating. Interment will follow in Quaker Hill Cemetery.
