Richard 'Ricky' T. Cioci, age 57, of Blacklick, OH, formerly of Alliance, passed away at 1:40 p.m. Saturday, February 7, 2015.
He was born April 5, 1957, to Richard A. and Helen (Vitalari) Cioci.
Ricky was a 1975 graduate of Marlington High School and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and the Ohio National Guard.
He was an animal lover, especially of dogs, and had many pets over the years. Ricky enjoyed gardening and working outdoors and was an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
Ricky will be remembered for being a sweet and kind person who never met a stranger.
Survivors include his wife, Charmaine; son, Joshua (Jessica) Cioci; daughter, Dr. Christina (Andy) Yother, PhD.; grandchildren, Amelia, Jacob and Charlotte; sisters, Debra Cioci Wagner and Kim (Mike) Knam; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2015, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Rev. Jonathan Dodson, Chaplain, Alliance Community Hospital officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
