Richard Michael Close Jr., infant, of Alliance, died at 4:15 p.m. May 10, 2004 at Akron Children's Hospital.
He was born January 24, 2004 in Alliance, Ohio to Richard Michael Close and Stefanie Anne Wilson.
Survivors include his parents, grandparents; Mike and Michele Gentry of Alliance and William and Norma Wilson of Alliance; great-grandparents, Theresa Vargo of Alliance, Janet Close of Sebring, and Myrtle Gentry of Ocala, Florida; and great-great- grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Balogh of Seminole, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Charles and Ruth Sloat, Joseph and Eva Wilson, and grandfather, Richard John Close.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the First Church of God with Mr. Mark McCord and Rev. Larry Murphy officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
In Lieu of Flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
