Richard Owen Reno

Richard Owen Reno, age 54, of Alliance, died at 7:52 p.m. Tuesday, December 5, 2006 at Aultman Hospital.
He was born May 30, 1952 in Salem to Charles M. and Helen (Wade) Reno and was resident for most of his life.
Richard graduated from Alliance High School and was formally employed by the City of Alliance and Royal China in Sebring. He was also the former owner of Sam's Bar. Richard was a musician who enjoyed playing the guitar and singing, especially at nursing homes for special events and holidays. He had many friends that were like family to him.
Survivors include his mother Helen Reno of Alliance and sister Sheryl (Joseph) Majoros of Garfield Heights.
He was preceded in death by his father Charles M. Reno, who passed away in 2001.
A memorial service will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor George E. Kiser officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Mount Union Cemetery.
