Robert T. Davis, age 62 of Alliance, died at Aultman Hospital at 2:25 p.m. Monday April 5, 2004.
He was born July 14, 1941 in Alliance, Ohio to John P. and Kathryn (Young) Davis, and lived most of his life in Alliance.
A graduate of Alliance High School, Mr. Davis worked as an electrician at Morgan Engineering, and the former Alliance Machine Company. He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in Korea and Vietnam, and then also served in the National Guard.
He is survived by his mother, Kathryn Davis of Alliance, his wife, Louise M. (Sweat) Davis, whom he married July 3, 1972, two daughters; Carol (Dave) Prince of Pomona, Ca., and Terri (Kevin) Berthoud of Chino, Ca., and two sons; Thomas J. Davis and Christopher Lee Davis, both of Alliance, seven grandchildren; Candice, Robert, Kortine, Celeste, Tyler, Cheyenne and Kiona, two sisters; Jerry Lynn Davis (Tony) and Janet Venerable, both of Alliance, one brother; Jim (Lynn) Davis, of Alliance, and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his father, one brother Jack and one sister, Kay Campbell.
Private Services will be held. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Salvation Army, Alliance Citadel, 57 W. Main St. Alliance, Ohio 44601.
