Robert E. Lee, age 67, of Alliance, passed away Sunday, February 8, 2015, at Aultman Hospital.
He was born in Ashtabula, Ohio, to Robert A. and Lucille (Dunn) Lee.
Bob served as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1970.
He spent the last 33 years in his adopted city of Alliance and was an audiologist in the office of Dr. David Kanagy. He loved sports and was a supporter of Alliance Athletics, particularly the Top Gun Wrestling Tournament and was an avid bicyclist.
Bob was a former Rotary member where he served as president and a Paul Harris Fellow, member of Questors and served on the Alliance Board of Education, including a term as President.
Survivors include his wife of 38 years, Paula (Lombardo) Lee; his sons, Jordan Lee (fiancée, Andrea Sapp) of Alliance and Jonathon Lee (fiancée Kristy Bila) of Chicago; his beloved dog, Bella; an aunt; a great aunt and several cousins.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Janis.
He will be sorely missed by his family and friends ... a life taken too soon.
Services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 14, 2015, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, February 13, and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
Memorial contributions may be made to Alliance High School Athletic Department for a wrestling scholarship in Bob's name at 200 Glamorgan St. Alliance, OH 44601.
