Robert Thurman

Robert James Thurman, age 72, formerly of Alliance, passed November 12, 2020 in Detroit, Michigan.

A graduate of Alliance High School, Robert was born to the late Eugene and Oreada Thurman on August 8, 1948 in Alliance.

Left to cherish is memory are  his siblings,  Eugene and Mary Thurman, Lawrence and Vanessa Thurman, Mrs. Rosemary and Glenn Gray, Stacy and Althea Thurman, Dennis and Charlotte Thurman, Jeffrey Thurman, Patricia Thurman, Joyce  Thurman, and Rita Jean Thurman; his special friends Kim and Richard, who loved Robert so much; and a host of other cousins, relatives and friends.

Robert also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, who he loved deeply.

A private family Homegoing Celebration will be held, and Robert will be laid to rest at Alliance City Cemetery.
