Ronald B. Cross

Ronald B. Cross, age 77, of Alliance, died at 1:55 p.m. Friday, January 11, 2013 at Alliance Community Hospital.
He was born December 25, 1935, in Alliance, Ohio in Alliance Ohio to Edward and Wilma (Smith) Cross.
A 1954 graduate of Alliance High School, Ron graduated from Mount Union College, and received his Master of Science in Library Science from the University of Illinois.
Ron was a very loyal member of Union Avenue United Methodist Church, where he served as an usher for many years.
Survivors include his sister-in-law, Helen Cross, nephew, Matt (Chris) Cross, and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Edward P. Cross, and nephew, Mark Cross.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 29, 2013 at Union Avenue United Methodist Church with Pastor Coralee Cox officiating. Interment will be at Moultrie Chapel Cemetery.
