Rosalyn A. Round, age 76, of N. Canton, died at 5:22 p.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at Aultman Hospital.
She was born November 9, 1931 in North Lima, Ohio to Valentine and Ethel E. (Lambert) Woods.
Rosalyn was a member of the Salem United Methodist Church and was formerly involved in church activities.
She was a graduate of Kent State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She taught in the Alliance and Louisville School districts until her retirement after 30 years service.
Survivors include her sons, Daniel L. (Susan) England of Paris, Jeffrey W. (Deborah) England of Alliance and David B. (Maribel) of Massillon; five grandchildren, Nathan, Adam, Rebecca, Chad and James; four great-grandchildren, Brenden, Bryce, CaliAnn and KatieLynn; two step-children, Scott Round and Beth Hetchler; two sisters, Grace (Kenneth) Seibert of Hemet, CA and Ruth Miller of Augusta, GA; and brother Harold Woods of Morgan Hill, CA.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her two husbands, Loren W. England who died in 1983 and Roger R. Round, who died in 2004; two brothers, Carlyn and Donald Woods and one sister, Eleanor Donaldson.
Family will receive friends from 9:30- 10:30 Saturday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Melvin W. Lindberg officiating. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 525 N. Broad St., Canfield Ohio 44406-9274.
