Ruby Cracknell

Ruby E. Cracknell, age 91, of Alliance died at 7:10 a.m. Sunday, May 16, 2010 at her home.
She was born February 14, 1919, in Alliance to Walter and Sophia (White) Pace.
A 1938 graduate of Alliance High School, Ruby worked for Taylorcraft, Kings Department Store until closing and in the nursery at College Plaza Lanes.
Ruby formerly attended the First Assembly of God Church. She loved being a seamstress for many years and worked in an alteration shop in Ravenna. She also thoroughly loved animals.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Jody and Chris Wright; great-granddaughter, Jackie Cracknell; great-great-grandson, Blake Albaugh; and sister, Betty Tanner, all of Alliance.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, David Cracknell; and a sister and brother.
Per Mrs. Cracknell's request no service will be held.
