Ruth A. Harbin

Ruth A. Harbin, age 87, of Alliance, passed away at 11:31 a.m., Wednesday, July 13, 2016, at Altercare of Alliance.
She was born October 14, 1928, in East Palestine, Ohio, to Shellie and Lokie A. (Lightner) Price.
Ruth was a member of Grace Cathedral Church and formerly employed by Sancap for many years.
Survivors include her children, Theo JoAnn (Donald) Clark, Frank Harbin Jr. and Cathy Harbin, all of Alliance; seven grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Kimbrough of Alliance; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Harbin; one brother; and five sisters.
Services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, July 19th at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Aaron Hill officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
Family and friends are being accepted at daughter Cathy Harbin's house.
