Ruth V. Kuntzman, age 92 of Indiana, and formerly of Alliance, died at 9:25 a.m. Saturday, October 22, 2005 in Goshen General Hospital, in Goshen, Indiana.
She was born October 7, 1913 in Alliance, Ohio to Emmett and Frances (Weise) Wallace.
Mrs. Kuntzman was a member of First Christian Church in Alliance.
She is survived by one daughter, Marilyn (Doney) Wallace of Goshen, Indiana; one sister, Viola Wallace of Alliance; two grandchildren Cheri (Bud) Holmes of Syracuse, Indiana; and Gary (Kathy) Wallace of Corning, New York; two great-grandchildren, Tyler and Colin Holmes of Syracuse, Indiana; and two step-great-grandchildren, Alison and Sean Gachter of Corning, New York.
Mrs. Kuntzman was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Merl F. Kuntzman, whom she married June 18, 1931, and who died Nov. 1988; three brothers, Percy Wallace, Russell Wallace, Charles Wallace, and one sister, Lois Carnes.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Julian Huffman officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Fairmount Memorial Park.
