Sandra C. Bickley, age 59 of Alliance, loving wife and devoted mother and grandmother, died August 27, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. at Alliance Community Hospital.
She was born March 16, 1946 in Alliance to Joseph and Mildred (Miller) Sabo and was a lifelong area resident.
Sandra graduated from Marlington High School in 1964 and was a graduate of the former Canton Business School. She was a former member and past president of the North Lincoln Elementary school P.T.A., past den leader for the cub scouts and active with the Boy Scout troops in Alliance. She also enjoyed flowers and gardening.
She is survived by her husband, Melvin Bickley, whom she married May 21, 1967; two sons, Doni (Krysta) Bickley and Scott (Michelle L.) Bickley both of Alliance, two grandchildren Nichole and Dalton Bickley, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Douglas Sabo.
Per the wishes of Mrs. Bickley private services will be held on Tuesday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Black of First Baptist Church of Atwater officiating. Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
