Sarah L. (Brugger) Conrad, age 76, of Alliance died at 11:25 p.m. Sunday, May 17, 2009 at Sterling House of Alliance.
She was born November 7, 1932 in Alliance to Albert and Lela (Grimes) Brugger. Sarah was a 1950 graduate of Alliance High School. She was a homemaker and 4H leader and was interested in genealogy.
Survivors include her daughters, JoAnn (Richard) Rieck of Dellroy, Ohio and Denise Louise (James) Irvine of Hillsboro, Oregon.; her brothers Richard (Marie) Brugger of Ft. Myers, Florida. and Bruce (Gerry) Brugger of Homeworth, Ohio; four grandchildren; one great grandson; and several nieces and nephews.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Clayton Leroy Conrad whom she married May 29, 1953 and who died February 17, 2004; and one infant brother.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday May 22, 2009 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Sams officiating. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Thursday. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
