Sondra Lee Wyand

Sondra Lee Wyand 82, of Saint Paul, MN, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2020 surrounded by those she loved and those who loved her after a long and brave battle with Dementia.

Sondra, a devoted Mother and Grandmother, was born on January 26, 1938 to Earl and Myrel Melvin in Beaver County, PA.

She met her future husband, Allen Keith Wyand, Sr, in 1953 and married shortly thereafter. They moved to Alliance, going on to have three children, Allen Keith, Jr.,(Rebecca) Michael Lee (Lori) and Steven.

She was passionate about her healthcare work as a pink lady at Alliance City Hospital and again in Wooster Ohio as a healthcare aide at Westview Manor Retirement Center.

She is survived by her three sons; granddaughters Crystal (Lauren) Pacini, Megan Wyand, Jill Marie (John) Savage, Jennifer Wyand; nephews Paul and John Melvin; three great grandchildren; and her significant Wes McBride.

Sondra was preceded in death by her father, Earl Melvin; her mother Myrel Melvin; her husband, Allen Keith Wyand Sr.; and her brother Ron (Kathy) Melvin.

A private family service will be held, with entombment at Highland Memorial Park.
