Steven Qualk

Steven L. Qualk, age 45, of LeHigh Acres, Florida, and formerly of Alliance, died at 2:05 a.m. February 24, 2005 in LeHigh Acres, Florida.
He was born April 25, 1959 in Alliance, Ohio to Wayne and Alice (Qualk) Blazer.
Steven attended Alliance High School and was formerly employed by Stouffer-Nestle Food Company. He worked as a Warehouse Manager for Norris Furniture Company in LeHigh, Florida.
He was a member of the LeHigh Church of the Nazarene. Steven enjoyed helping others and loved to ride his motorcycle.
Survivors include his parents, Wayne and Alice Blazer of Alliance, three daughters, Jennifer (Scott) Simmons of Northfield, Ohio, Allison Qualk of Sagamore Hills, Ohio, and Samantha Qualk of Alliance, one son Steven Qualk of LeHigh Acres, Florida, one granddaughter, Catherine, one brother Wayne Blazer of Alliance, three sisters, Barbara (Daryll) Gorby of Alliance, Susan (Ron) Baker of Atwater, and Sarah (Kenneth) Qualk McCoy of Alliance, and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Atwater Cemetery.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the charity of the donors' choice.
