Thomas E. Bryant, age 43 of Alliance, passed away at 2:29 a.m. Saturday, July 31, 2010 after an extended illness.
He was born July 7, 1967 in Warren, Ohio to Chester B. and Gladys Y. (Knipp) Bryant.
Thomas graduated from Alliance High School, attended Kent State University, Akron University, and graduated from Tri C - Cleveland Community College.
He was formerly employed at Wal-Mart and Kmart, and worked as a Forest Ranger, and Security Guard.
Tom was currently in charge of the sound system at Maranatha Church of God, where he was a member.
A U. S. Army veteran, Thomas belonged to the National Rifle Association, and enjoyed learning about the Renaissance era.
Survivors include his parents, Chester and Gladys Bryant of Alliance; siblings, Ronald (Debbie) Bryant of Alliance, Connie (Bill) Donohue of Alliance, and Kathy (Jeff) Clayton of Columbus; maternal grandmother, Nettie Knipp of Alliance; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Jeffrey Caldwell officiating. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park.
