Thomas Joseph McDonald, age 69, of Canton, passed away at his home.
He was born August 18, 1943, in Canton, to Thomas J. and Mercede A. (Gear) McDonald.
A graduate of Minerva High school, Tom attended Kent State University. He worked as a mechanic and a car salesman.
Tom loved fishing, guitar, Blues music, and drag racing. He also was a Cleveland Indians fan.
He is survived by his two daughters Theresa Mesaros and Christine Randall; and their mother, Kathleen McDonald; grandson, Joe Randall; and siblings, Mercede Ondomisi, Patricia Zindle, Geraldine Rios, Jay Shaw and Mary LoCicero.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, James McDonald.
A private family service will be held.
