Timothy Ellsworth

Timothy A. Ellsworth age 59, of Alliance, died at 5:48 a.m. Tuesday February 19, 2008 at Alliance Community Hospital. He was born August 9, 1948 in Baryd, Ohio, to Richard Albert and Betty M. (First) Ellsworth and lived most of his life in the Alliance area. Timothy was a graduate of Alliance High School and was employed as a security guard at Ohio Casting in Canton and was formerly employed by Transue Williams, Keener Rubber and Alliance Ware. He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in the Vietnam War. He was a former member of the American Legion and the VFW. Timothy is survived by his wife, Joy Elaine McNemar Ellsworth, of Alliance, whom he married May 16, 1970; daughters, Tracy Robert Peshek, Tonya Ellsworth, Tammie Ellsworth, all of Alliance; four granddaughters, Eryn and Samantha Burrier, Alisha and Brianna Blaisman, all of Alliance; one grandson, Michael Burrier; of Alliance; three sisters, June (Larry) Nelson of Hanoverton, Shirley Templeton of Naples FL, and Elizabeth (Robert) Notman of Alliance, several aunts, uncles nieces, nephews and many friends who will miss him dearly. Joining him in heaven are his parents; his great grandson, Tyler Richi and his nephew, Russell Templeton. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home with Pastor Joe Peters officiating. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park. Memorial Contributions may be made to Alliance Community Hospital. Arrangements are by Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home.
