Todd Schafer

Todd Schafer, age 52, formerly of Alliance, passed away October 28, 2015 in Johns Creek, GA.
He was born September 26, 1963 to Bruce and Darlene Schafer.
Todd was a 1982 graduate of Alliance High School, 1987 graduate of Slippery Rock University where he was a member of Theta Chi, and earned his master's degree from Kennesaw State University.
He was employed at Clean Harbors as an Industrial Environmentalist.
Todd enjoyed playing baseball; he threw the first official pitch at Butler Rodman Park in Alliance.
Survivors include his parents, two daughters, Sydney and Ellen Schafer; ex-wife, Carla; uncle, Raymond Schafer; aunt, Jeanine (Robert) Beatty and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mildred and Howard Long, Lillian and Raymond Schafer and aunt, Marianne (Howard) Tolerton.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
