Tracy Ann Carnahan, age 57, passed away on December 29, 2023.
She was born on February 23, 1966, in Warren, to Thomas Richard Dugan and Grace Evelyn (Albright) McNeal.
Tracy graduated from Jackson Milton High School. She worked at Coastal Pet in a variety of positions for over 19 years. Tracy loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Those left to cherish her memory are her mother; sons, Ryan, Kyle, Tyler, Ethan (Hannah) Carnahan and Nick Tuttle; seven grandchildren; siblings, Tom (Linda) Dugan, Vicky (Dave) Little, and James (Mila) Dugan; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Per Tracy’s wishes, no funeral services will be held.
