Vicki Place

Vicki Place, age 62,  of Alliance, passed away at 4:55 a.m., Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at the Cleveland Clinic.

She was born October 21, 1956, in Alliance, Ohio, to Samuel Dennis and Marilyn (Reisch) Wyatt.

Vicki graduated from Waterloo High School and worked for the state of California.

A member of Lexington United Methodist Church, she enjoyed gardening and being a grandma. Vicki was known for being a workaholic and always taking care of others.

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Lee Place, whom she married December 9, 1978; children, Summer (Rocky) Layne of Alliance, Anne Place of Alliance, John (Stacey) Place of New Boston, Texas; grandchildren, Taylor and Cameron Layne; brothers, Richard Wyatt of Atwater and David Wyatt of Randolph; and nephew, Josh (Megan) Wyatt.

Vicki was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call Monday, March 25, 2019 from 5-6 p.m. at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. A private family interment will be held at Atwater Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 4682 Douglas Circle, NW Canton, Ohio 44718.
