Walter E. Kelly

Walter E. Kelly Jr., age 71, of Somerset, Kentucky, formerly of Alliance, passed from this life Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at Jean Waddle Care Center.

Walter was born October 30, 1950 to Walter E. Kelly Sr. and Lena M. Percy Kelly in Alliance, Ohio.

He was of the Baptist faith and he enjoyed fishing, watching John Wayne Westerns.

Walter was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Lena Kelly, brother, Danny Kelly, sisters, Karen Ciecerko and Linda Jolly; along with several nieces and nephews.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his brother, Richard (Cynthia) Kelly of Alliance, OH; sisters, Brenda Kelly of Alliance, OH; Lula Marshall of North Benton, OH; Joyce (George) Riggins of Alliance, OH; Lucille (Bob) Collins of TX; Addie (Bill) Winstead of CA; Marie (Don) Thompson of CA; best friend, Johnny Smith of Somerset, Ky; along with a host of friends and family.

Visitation will be held at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home on Friday, September 30, 2022 from 2:00-4:00 p.m.

Interment will be at Alliance City Cemetery.
