Wanda J Williams

Wanda J. (Heestand) Williams, age 91, of Alliance passed away, Monday, May 18, 2020.

She was born August 15, 1928 in Alliance to Kenneth and Hattie (Oyster) Heestand. She attended Minerva High School before she graduated from Alliance High School.

Wanda attended West Unit of Jehovah Witnesses. She loved gardening, decorating along with spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her daughter, Laurie (Nelson) Blatt of Alliance; granddaughters, Jaime (Todd) Brown of Grand Rapids, OH, Kimberley (Derek) Fryfogle of Powell, OH; brother, Eldon (Betty) Heestand of Homeworth, OH; and great grandchildren, Brazden, Keylan, Rennen, Naomi Brown and Myles, Gracie, Olive Fryfogle.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Warren G. Williams whom she married May 13, 1951, and who passed away February 2, 2002; daughter Kimberley Kay; brothers Clay Heestand, Dwain Heestand; and sister, Armada (Wade) Ray.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
