Wanda L. Underwood

Wanda (Gray) Underwood, age 69, of Alliance passed away in her sleep, Thursday, January 2, 2020.

She was born January 17, 1950 in Alliance and graduated from Alliance High School.

Wanda loved cooking and baking, crossword puzzles and her cats and dogs.

Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Underwood, lifelong partner, Brian Jones; granddaughter, Julisa Johnson; brother, Denis (Libby) Gray; daughter-in-law, Dena Underwood; and two nieces.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Martha (Sheppard) Gray; son, Craig Underwood; and brother, Freddie Gray.

A memorial visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Friday, January 10, 2020, at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home.
