William "Rick" Graham

William "Rick" Graham, age 59, of Alliance, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Alliance Community Hospital.
He was born March 1, 1957, in Canton, Ohio, to William T. and Barbara D. (Stober) Graham.
A 1975 graduate of Alliance High School, Rick currently worked at Stark County Regional Community Correction Center and was formerly employed at Alliance Community Hospital.
He attended Alliance Baptist Temple and was a former member of the Elks and the Shriners. He was very active coaching and playing sports.
Rick was extremely family oriented, had a zeal for life; he was always happy and would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. Quite the practical jokester, he also loved riding his motorcycle, working out and going to the gym.
He was a proud Dad and Grandpa, and will be loved and missed by his children, Adam Graham and Abby (Colby) Donohoe, both of Alliance; grandchildren, Addison Graham and Peyton Graham; step-grandson, Cameron Donohoe; sisters, Cindy (Hank) Griffin and Kathy Ohman, both of Canton and Mary (Marty) Cvelbar of Alliance; and fiancée, Donna Elliott of Alliance.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, August 11, 2016 at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at North Lawn Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions in Rick's honor be made to a homeless shelter or organization to help the homeless.
