William F. Moler age 81 of Harlingen, Texas died November 15, 2003 in Harlingen.
He was born May 8, 1922 in Wellston, Ohio to William A. and Irene C. (Clafflin) Moler. Mr. Moler lived in Alliance from 1940 until 1989. He retired in 1981 from Kulka Steel after working as a Superintendent.
Mr. Moler was a U.S. Army WWII veteran, and member of the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 50, and VFW Post 6730.
Surviving are his twin granddaughters Katie and Joy Ryland of Louisiana, and one sister Hazel Walburn of Jackson, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Maggie (Garnes) Moler, whom he married December 17, 1948, and who died April 1, 2000, one son William R. Moler, who died Jan. 19, 1964, one daughter Karen Sue, who died Aug. 22, 1988, two sisters and one brother.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Cassaday-Turkle-Christian Funeral Home. Burial will be in Fairmount Memorial Park.
