William J. Wilson, Sr

William J. Wilson Sr. age 78, of Deerfield, Ohio, passed away Monday, April 18, 2016, at his home.
He was born April 19, 1937, in Alliance, Ohio, to Joseph and Lucille (Ohler) Wilson and was a lifelong area resident.
William was a 1956 graduate of Atwater High School and was employed as a supervisor by the State of Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife. He was also a veteran of the United States Army.
He enjoyed model trains, woodworking, and his family and grandchildren.
Survivors include his son, William (Amber) Wilson Jr. of Deerfield; stepson, Ron (Eloise) Lemon of Deerfield; stepdaughter, Candace (Jim) Collins of Findley; sister, Nancy Cowan of Deerfield; brother, Jerry D. Wilson of East Canton; daughter-in-law, Linda Wilson; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Delores (Rohde) Wilson who died January 7, 2007: and a stepson, Joe Wilson
There will be no services or calling hours.
